I think the ignition needs a closer look.

Your scope set up needs some attention though (avoid useing the drop down set ups if you can). A sample rate of 1us for igntion (check in properties), 20Kv for a kick off and enough time (seconds) on the screen to get a decent capture but not so big the file size is excessive for posting.

Could you access primary?

This has a coil per plug with one plug wire to each iridium plug. I also attached the secondary pattern for the companion cylinder here

Just to close this out . The exhaust valve seats had a small ridge of carbon. Valves were lapped and seated . All is well in New York once again. Thank you all for the input!

Sorry don't have one yet. The customer was in a rush to take it out for the weekend. I should be able to steal it back from him for a finished product snappy. :lol:
