If you are capturing a new signal then I suggest you use the frequency option available in the PicoScope 4000 - select from the AC/DC drop down box.
If you have already captured the signal as a digital square wave then you can display as air flow using one of the maths channel options. From the tools menu you need maths channels, create then select advanced. I dont have a scope with me to show how to do this so for now please post your waveform as a .psdata file here and one of us will sort out an equation for you.
Please have a look at the attached post. If you could work it out it would be great. Also, if you could show me the workings for future ref that would also be great.

Where it states that the frequency option is available from 4000series Picoscope onwards. If you look at Simon's waveform again, the properties show his scope to be 3000series. That could be why Simon cannot find this.

I never opened the properties tab in this instance I measured the sample rate with the time cursors .......
