Did have some recorded live data somewhere from a run I gave it a while ago, I'll have to see if I can find it and check the fuel press and boost, Ive also got a video here somewhere of the boost i check with a boost pressure gauge, I'll dig it all out

Thanks

Would you like the data list parameter specs? I can get them tomorrow..

The problem van I had was really slow and flat to rev up, if you have a look at my capture you will see the step where the turbo helped it. Yours is a little smoother but still the voltage is quite low.

Ive found the short video of the boost pressure, correct me if Im wrong but I think on these 4.100 ish is about top wack on is it not, and the neddle fluctuating is the ECU controlling the boost pressure, you can see at about 0:25 secs the boost pressure even out as I back off a tad

is the vehicle running ok, is there a air leak or egr fault?

its running fine, its just gutless, it did have a caked EGR, I removed it and gave it a good clean and made sure the valve & seat was sealing, I checked with the pierburg data on the EGR and it was 98% spot on

MAF
30-45kg/h @ idle
greater than 350kg/h full throttle briefly (my original MAF was only hitting 220ish)

BOOST
95-105kpa @ idle
Greater than 115kpa full throttle

FUEL PRESSURE
24500-32000 kpa @ idle
24500-148000 kpa full throttle briefly

INJECTION QUANTITY
3.5-8.0mg/stroke @ idle
Greater than 25mg/stroke full throttle briefly

The early vans do suffer with fuel pressure problems but this would usually show up on the live data and it would also store a DTC p0191.
