[attachment=0]MICRA AMM NEW.JPG I have pico 3223 and just uploaded latest software bundle, getting excessive noise on patterns, all leads away from interference sources, there appears to be no filter on the drop down menu's, any ideas appreciated .
Could you please let me know which version it is you have just installed into your PC/Laptop please and what version of Windows you are using.
In regards to the filtering not being there, my initial thoughts is that the software may have not of installed or carried out the upgrade properly as its not a case of its not working, its just not there. This can be easily fixed. What I need you to do is to use the Windows Uninstaller package i.e. Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and remove the Picoscope Automotive Software.
Once this has been completed then go to the C/Drive (Sometimes Reffered to as Local Disc) and go into the folder called 'Program Files'. Inside this folder you should see a sub folder called 'Pico Technology' and within this folder another folder called 'Picoscope Automotive'. Please delete the folder called 'Picoscope Automotive'.
Then please re-download the software from our website (Choose Save Option). Once downloaded please right click on the file and click on the 'Run as Administrator' Option also known as 'Run As' on some windows platforms. This will re install the software without any problems and correct the filtering problem i.e. put it back into the software.
It is important that when installing the software the scope is disconnected from the PC/Laptop as this could affect the installation process.
Once opening up the software you should find the filtering is re installed and can be found in its normal location i.e. within the channel drop down menu for each individual channel.
