renault clio 2002 problems

Post by emu_bird »

Hey I have been having problems with my renault. This light comes up on the dashboard when the engine gets warm that looks like a pot and then the car feels weird to drive . Also when I am stopped at a set of lights the revs will keep fluctuating and the car will make strange noises as if I am accelerating....???? It hasn't cut out yet, But i think if i keep driving it, which I havnt been it probably will die. Does anybody know what the problem could be??? Thanks

You Need To Get Your Car Checked For Fault Code, First Should Cost Around £35

Or buy a simple fault code reader as your car should be fully EOBD compliant and then you can read your fault codes now and for ever more

good advice..get it scanned this will give you a start point ,depending on the engine model fitted it could be wiring or throttle system. i like the folks who buy their own readers then replace the parts what it says are causing the fault
more work for us all when it dont work 8) 8)
