I noticed today that monitoring a non-repetive injector pulse waveform with the PICO scope is a little more difficult than I expected. I have always used an Analog scope in the past and had no problems. I am sure that this is because it is difficult to trigger off of a non-repetive signal? Any ideas or suggestions on how to improve this?
If it is a negatively controlled injector circuit, try setting up the trigger falling at say 2 volts, put a negative 10% delay on it and use single trigger to capture one event or repeat trigger to continue capturing each time trigger is crossed. Adjust time base to say 2ms/div to start with.
