pico diagnostic

Hi,
I downlaoded and installed the pico diagnostic software. I loaded without any problem. but when I tried using it I get a message ' No picoscope connected ". I have connected my new pico scope 4423 to my laptop. Please help.

Hi Kamal,

Pico Diagnostics does not currently support the 4423. The Pico team is working on it though...

It's still a work in progress, but the current version now supports the 4000 series automotive scopes.
