With most motorbikes it is easiest to take all measurements from the ignition / injection Electronic Control Module (ECM). This is usually located in a weather-resistant compartment under the seat.
1. Remove the seat.
2. Locate the ECM compartment.
3. Remove the two front cover securing pins and ease the unit out so the multiplugs are exposed.
4. Consult manufacturer's data to identify the pin configuration of the multiplugs and the destination of each wire.
