Individual cylinder valve timing error

Every day is an opportunity to learn something new, as Steve Smith recently proved. He was at the AMT Automotive Boot Camp in Holland, a place for like-minded technicians hungry for something new, to deliver ten 45-minute presentations over a day and a half.
His presentation focused on WPS500X in-cylinder measurements from a petrol engine where the valve timing could be manually adjusted. This is a great way to demonstrate the diagnostic capability of the WPS500X pressure transducer.

Focus piece: WPS500X adaptors

Pico has added two more adaptors and a connector hose to its selection of accessories for the WPS500X: The Right-angle Rectus-21 pressure adaptor, the Male-to-male Rectus-21 pressure adaptor and the Short hose with a female-to-female coupler (Rectus-21).

Pico Technology in Germany!

To improve the service we can offer to our aftermarket and vehicle manufacturer customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we have opened a Pico Technology GmbH Automotive office in Germany where Olaf Jensen has joined us as the Automotive Distribution Manager DACH.
The Pico Technology GmbH office is located at the Sternbeck Akademie in Garbsen near Hanover, where we also have access to a fully operational workshop business and excellent training facilities. The image shows the building awaiting Pico branding.
