Fuel Hose Pressure Tap (Medium) — In-Line Testing

The medium fuel hose pressure tap from Pico Technology provides a simple method for connecting the WPS500X pressure transducer into existing fuel lines for in-circuit diagnostics. Technicians can insert this tap into medium-sized fuel hoses, attach the WPS500X via the Foster quick coupler, and perform live pressure measurements while inspecting for cavitation, bubbles, or reverse flow through clear hose sections.

The WPS500X can then be attached directly to the quick coupler enabling in-circuit pressure measurements to be made on the live system.

If a clear length of hose is used, you can inspect the flow for any signs of cavitation, bubbles or unexpected reverse flow.

The medium fuel hose pressure tap is compatible with 5/16" and 3/8" internal diameter flexible hoses (not supplied).
