1.  News: New PicoScope!

The PicoScope diagnostic scope is already well-known and highly regarded by the automotive industry, but we are not resting on our laurels. This month we are launching a brand-new PicoScope diagnostic scope with higher specifications.

The new PicoScope diagnostic oscilloscope has twice the input voltage range, twice the bandwidth, 4 times the sampling rate and 64 times the memory of its predecessor!

The new PicoScope is equipped for the future, with a higher speed that gives you a clearer display of fast signals like CANbus and FlexRay. The new “always on memory”, now 64 times larger, never needs to be adjusted, so now you can concentrate on the job, not on the scope. You'll never miss a detail, even with hard-to-find intermittent faults. The increased ±100 V input range removes the need for external attenuators for most tests.

2.  Training Courses

Engine Management Diagnostics Course with renowned PicoScope expert Frank Massey

We have managed to convince Frank Massey to host one of our two-day Pico diagnostic courses. This course will be based at Frank Massey’s workshop in Preston on the 18th and 19th March. It includes the basic working principles of Engine Management systems, testing components, and system diagnostics using oscilloscopes. The focus will be on using PicoScope to evaluate engine systems and their components including sensors and actuators such as injectors, lambda sensors and ignition components. The course is split between theory and practical demonstrations in a workshop using the Pico Automotive Diagnostic Kit. Places are limited, so click here to book now!
